Write to Heal Centre is an Australian-based provider of reflective writing programs, narrative medicine courses, and wellbeing workshops for medical professionals, corporate teams, and individuals. Our programs are delivered online and in-person across Australia and the United Arab Emirates.

We are an accredited CPD provider through the Australian Medical Association (AMA). Our courses are designed to support professional development, personal wellbeing, and reflective practice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a course, registering for a program, or using any part of our website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
• You have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of any organisation you represent.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

3. Courses and Enrolment

3.1 Enrolment

Access to our online courses is granted upon receipt of full payment. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive login credentials or a direct link to access your course content. Enrolment is personal and non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3.2 Course Access

Unless otherwise specified on the course page, you will have lifetime access to the course materials you have purchased. We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify course content at any time without prior notice. We will always endeavour to maintain the quality and relevance of our programs.

3.3 Self-Paced Learning

Our online courses are self-paced. You may start, pause, and resume your course at any time. Your progress is automatically saved. There are no completion deadlines unless stated on the course page.

3.4 CPD Accreditation

Our AMA-accredited courses award CPD points upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments. A completion certificate will be issued digitally. It is your responsibility to ensure the course meets your specific specialty college or employer requirements before enrolling.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will apply.

4.2 Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

4.3 Corporate and Group Enrolments

For organisations wishing to enrol multiple participants or pay by invoice, please contact us at info@writetohealcentre.com.au prior to purchase. We are happy to arrange group pricing and invoice-based billing.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Online Courses — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all online course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Please note that refunds cannot be processed once:

• A CPD completion certificate has been downloaded or issued.
• More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.

5.2 Workshops and Live Programs

For in-person or live online workshops and corporate programs, the following cancellation terms apply:

• 14+ days before the program: Full refund or transfer to another date.
• 7–13 days before the program: 50% refund or full credit toward a future program.
• Less than 7 days before the program: No refund. Credit may be available at our discretion.
• No-show: No refund or credit will be provided.

5.3 Cancellation by Write to Heal Centre

In the unlikely event that we cancel or postpone a program, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. We accept no liability beyond the refund of your course fee in such circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Write to Heal Centre website and within our courses — including text, images, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, templates, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Write to Heal Centre and is protected by Australian copyright law.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish any course content without our written permission.
• Share your login credentials or course access with others.
• Record any live sessions without prior written consent.
• Use our materials for commercial purposes without a licence agreement.

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own professional development only.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

7.1 Your Writing

Any writing you submit as part of a course or program is treated with strict confidentiality. Your submissions will only be seen by your assigned facilitator and will never be shared with third parties, your employer, colleagues, or any regulatory body without your explicit written consent.

7.2 Personal Data

7.3 Corporate Programs

In corporate programs, individual participant data and writing submissions are never shared with the commissioning organisation. Any reporting provided to organisations contains only aggregated, anonymised insights.

Our courses and programs are provided for professional development and wellbeing purposes. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological therapy, or clinical supervision. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Write to Heal Centre will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or loss of professional opportunity.

Our total liability to you in connection with any course or program will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific course or program.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
